These terms are an agreement between you and 2050connect, which runs Find me. By using Find me you agree to them.
Who can use Find me
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be in a country where Find me operates. Your country is set from your real location.
- You must not have been removed from Find me before.
How to behave
Be honest and respectful. You must not:
- pretend to be someone else, or use photos that are not of you;
- ask anyone for money, gifts, bank or mobile money details, or promote any business, investment or scheme;
- harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone;
- send sexual content without consent, or offer or ask for sexual services;
- share anything involving a person under 18 in a sexual way, which we report to the authorities;
- share another person's private information or photos;
- use Find me for anything illegal, or try to break, scrape or misuse the app.
Safety
We check reports and can warn, suspend or remove accounts. But we cannot check everyone you meet. Meet in public places, tell a friend your plan, and never send money to someone you met on Find me. Read our safety tips.
Your content
You own what you post. You allow us to store and show it to other members as needed to run Find me. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Plans, payments and refunds
Find me has two paid plans, Pro and Plus. Creating a profile costs nothing, but you need one of these plans to see other members, send or accept requests, chat and join meetups. What each plan includes and its price in your local currency are shown on our plans page before you pay. Safety tools and profile verification are free on every plan.
- Without a plan. Without an active plan you can keep your profile, decline requests and delete your account, but you cannot see other members, send or accept requests, chat, join meetups or watch statuses. Members who joined before 16 October 2026 keep their earlier free allowance for 7 days from that date. Daily allowances reset 24 hours after use.
- How you pay. On our website you pay with mobile money through our payment partner, pawaPay. In the iPhone and Android apps you pay through the App Store or Google Play, and Apple's or Google's store rules also apply.
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions. A plan bought inside the app is a monthly subscription. It is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm, and it renews automatically every month at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current month. You can cancel or change it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the plan then stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
- One month at a time. Each payment gives you the plan for 1 month from the moment the payment is confirmed. Website plans do not renew by themselves and we never take money without you paying again. Paying again for the same plan adds a month. Switching to the other plan starts it from that day; the rest of your old plan is not carried over.
- Prices and taxes. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge. Your mobile money provider may charge its own fees. We may change prices for the future; a change never affects a month you already paid for.
- Refunds. If you paid but your plan did not switch on, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days and we will switch the plan on or refund you. Because a plan starts right away, we do not otherwise refund a month once it has started, unless the law of your country gives you that right.
- Suspended accounts. If we suspend or remove an account for breaking these terms, the rest of a paid month is not refunded.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Our responsibility
Find me is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the behaviour of members, online or in person, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
